Kim Stuart

Kim Stuart, Founder and President of Key Group, is a strategic advisor for law firms, professional services firms, non-profit organizations and business executives. She has more than 20 years of experience in constructing and advancing business development initiatives, marketing strategies and training programs.  Kim also serves as Chief Operating Officer for Conscious Inclusion Company where she drives team productivity and efficiencies and leads a best-in-class client service experience, while building relationships and managing deliverables.  Kim strongly recognizes the need for purposeful inclusion and equity, which is at the heart of all programs and trainings she oversees.

Prior to her current roles, Kim was part of the senior business development team at Dentons.  And, for nearly a decade, Kim was a Senior Advisor and Faculty Member for Ackert Inc., the company behind the award-winning business development training platforms for professional services firms.

Kim has facilitated hundreds of business development training programs with lawyers at all levels, from managing partners and practice heads to senior associates.  Kim led the development and implementation of the Managing Partner Institute and Co-Founded the Diversity in Leadership Forum (formerly the Women Leaders Forum), a comprehensive professional and business development program that provides the insights, management principles, and framework essential for effective law firm leaders.

Key Group’s clients have garnered multiple industry awards and media recognition and her initiatives have led to enhanced revenue, client relationships, professional development, and talent retention.  Kim is a frequent speaker on business development, branding, and DEI; she has been published in BOSS Magazine, Attorney at Law, ALM’s Corporate Counsel, Law.com, and Legal Marketing Association’s Strategies.

Kim serves on the Economic Development Committee for the Town of San Anselmo where she works with the Town’s governing body, merchants and community members to develop action plans for programs to help invigorate the Town’s economic well-being.
